We offer standard Canada Post shipping for $5 on all orders under $100 and FREE shipping for all orders over $100. Delivery times are generally 5-7 business days. Canada Post will provide tracking information for all orders that are shipped. As soon as your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided in your order.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you aren’t, we offer free returns for product being refunded or exchanged within 14 days from receipt of order. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, merchandise must be in original condition – unused, unworn and unwashed. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that sale items are final and may not be refunded or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.

We are unable to accept merchandise purchased online at our retail store locations for exchange or refund. Please contact us to request a return.​

EXCHANGES

We will process your exchange within 7-10 business days after we have inspected and approved your returned item(s.)​

REQUESTING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE​

To request a return or exchange, please send an email to orders@moderndaycannabis.ca and include your order number. Our customer care team will send you a prepaid shipping label to affix to the outside of your package, then drop it off at Canada Post. Once we have received and inspected the return, we will process the refund or exchange.
